This Privacy Policy informs you about what personal data we collect when you visit our online shop and make purchases there, how we use this data, and what rights you have in this context. We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

3.1 When visiting the shop
• IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, access time (automatically collected by the hosting provider Shopify)
• Data from cookies and similar technologies (see section 6)
3.2 When placing an order
• Name, address, email address, phone number
• Order content, payment information (processed via Shopify Payments, see section 5)
• Delivery address and, if applicable, a different billing address

• All information you voluntarily provide to us via email or contact form

We process your data specifically for the following purposes: - Processing your order (contract fulfillment), including shipping and payment processing - Communication regarding your order (order confirmation, shipping notification, pre-order updates) - Answering inquiries - Fraud prevention and security - Marketing via social media advertising (only with consent, see section 6)
5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties / Processors
To operate our shop, we use the following service providers who process data on our behalf:
Shopify (Shopify Inc./Shopify International Ltd.) Operates the technical infrastructure of our online shop. Shopify may also process data outside of Switzerland (including Canada, USA). Shopify Payments Processes payments (credit card, TWINT). Payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted to Shopify Payments.
Die Schweizerische Post (Swiss Post) Receives the address data necessary for delivery (name, delivery address).
We only disclose your data to the extent necessary for the respective service. No disclosure for other purposes will take place, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
6. Cookies and Tracking (Meta and TikTok Pixels)
6.1 Cookies
Our shop uses cookies, some of which are technically necessary (e.g. shopping cart function), others for marketing purposes. When you visit for the first time, you will be asked for your consent to non-essential cookies via a cookie banner.
6.2 Meta Pixel (Instagram/Facebook)
